Light pale ale with citrus hops and a delicate dose of elderflowers…refreshing!
Brewed as a one off experimental for the first Phoenix Festival in 2013. It proved so popular it became our spring/summer ale.
Won the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards, Drinks Product of the Year 2014 and voted ‘Beer of the Festival’ (1st place) at Gloucester CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival 2014 and Rugby CAMRA Midsummer Beer & Cider Festival 2014.
Suggested food partner: BBQs, salads, light snacks and cheeses.

Dark smoky porter with mocha notes; great by the fireside…delicious!
Initially brewed with local CAMRA members to mark our first anniversary and soon became our annual winter brew.
Voted ‘Beer of the Festival’ (1st place) at Tewkesbury CAMRA Winter Ale Festival 2014 and ‘Beer of the Festival’ (3rd place) at Swindon CAMRA Beer Festival 2014.
Suggested food partner: smoked fish, dark meaty stews, chocolate brownies and souffles.
Saturnalia (4.6%)
Full bodied festive brew with a sprinkling of spices, orange peel and good cheer!
A tribute to Saturnalia an ancient Roman festival held from 17th to 23rd/24th December in honour of the deity Saturn. Described as a "week of mischief and naughtiness" it included tree decorating, singing, gift giving, feasting & drinking and was a time to celebrate the rebirth of the sun Dies Natalis, Sol Invictus.
