Founder, Co-Owner, Managing Director, Brewer and everything else: having partnership, communication, budget and management skills, I felt I had the basics to set up a business. But that business had to be tangible, creative and real! Enter the world of beer!
When I’m not at the brewery you’ll find me curled up with a book or enjoying birdsong and chilling under “my” oak tree.
COLIN
Co-Owner, Director, Head Brewer and the rest: I never ever thought I’d be brewing beer for real! But here I am dreaming the dream. Using my science background I enjoy creating and tweaking the recipes and trialing different brews.
When I’m not at the brewery you’ll find me thud juggling or out and about chasing butterflies!
JACK
Brewery Apprentice & Bartender: I love brewing beer and meeting the customers. I’m learning so much and the brewing goes hand in hand with my other work as a ‘pickler’. Ooh! a locally brewed pint and a pickled egg, what more could you want.
When I’m not at the brewery or pickling, you’ll find me on the pitch playing five-aside football and maybe having a flutter on the races!
ELLIOT
Tour & Tasting Lead & Bartender: I’m a big Corinium Ales fan and with a background in hospitality, I’m delighted to be leading the fun and interactive tours & tastings at the brewery, helping with events and serving up the tasty beers and other local beverages from the brewery bar.
When I’m not at the brewery you’ll find me behind the camera honing my film making skills.
We are also very grateful to past staff, Mo, Ben, Jamie, Henry & Rob and all our supporters & customers who lend us a helping hand…you know who you are…you are all awesome!!
In addition, we’d like to highlight two key companies we work with: Smudge a design and branding consultancy and TaxAssist Accountancy Services.
Smudge worked with us in a previous life so we knew we’d be working with a professional creative company of the highest standards. In such a congested marketing world it is hard to stand out but we get so many positive comments on our branding and we have Smudge to thank for that.
TaxAssist have been with us from the start and provided a huge amount of support and advice in an area we knew nothing about. They do all our tax returns, annual accounts and payroll so we can breathe easy and focus on other aspects of the business.
